This is the truck the profs/instructors were riding. And it also carried some of our food for the weekend.
Highway 1, a.k.a Pacific Highway
It's a dingo!!This one's a 'she' and she was just out walking, sniffing at all the vehicles that would slow down to get a closer look. There are a ton of them on the island.
It's pronounced 'Your Wrong'. Hahaha!!
A tree with no bark. :)
This tree has some crazy vines all along it. Apparently it's being killed by a fig seed that was planted there by a bird. It leaves it somewhere in the tree and these vines grow out of it, strangling it to death. But I don't know if you can see them in this picture.
This is Andrew, one of the student mentors, climbing the tree. Watching him climb down was a bit nerve-wracking...

And this is one of the natives of the island. Like the dingos, there are a ton of them on the island!

Aww...:) I know the feeling. But because I'm having so much fun I wish I could fly out everyone I know to enjoy it with me!! :(
